Incredible and unreal feelings: When you talk to someone you have a deep friendship or connection with, and your heart beats both fast and slow at the same time, because there is so much love for them pumping through your body. Being able to be in the company of another soul without having to communicate with words or noise. Silence being the perfect form of expression without doubt, worry or anxiety taking over. Complete comfortability. Feeling that without any shadow of a doubt, you can trust someone with your whole entire being. Knowing that they feel the same way towards you. Meeting some of the unlikeliest people, at the most perfect times and them changing your entire existence in the most positive ways imaginable. Being alone and completely content, without sadness or loneliness taking over. Moments of pure bliss coming from some of the simplest sights or situations. Trusting your heart and soul enough to let go and just be. Understanding that you’re going to be okay eventually, no matter how hard it may have been. Loving someone so endlessly and selflessly that you gain extreme happiness just by knowing they exist. Feeling as though at any moment you could explode into the cosmos, because your heart and soul are so filled with love you can’t even control it anymore. Keeping a kind, caring, gentle and loving soul no matter the circumstance. Not falling prey to turning bitter and hard. Endlessly warm, and forever soft.

Today I affirm that there is nothing in me but love. This love comes from total acceptance of myself and the understanding that I am a perfectly imperfect human being. I will walk through today and allow myself to fully express my perfection. I realize that all my “faults” are actually the Universe’s unique way of expressing itself through me. I let go of self judgment and any projected judgments of others that I have chosen to believe and finally allow myself to just be what I truly am: infinite. As this is true for me, so it is true for all other beings on the planet. I will choose to accept everyone in my life with the same radical acceptance I have for myself knowing that we are all perfectly imperfect human beings simply doing the best we can. by Jackson Kiddard
